食いしん坊の方達と中野坂上にやって来ました。

この日は予約で一杯だったようなので、予約して良かったです。

今回はコースでお願いする事に。
一応3980円で、1品はメニューにあるものの中から好きなものを選べるシステム。
メニュー構成があるので、コース以外にも色々食べたいものがある時は最初に相談した方が良いでしょう。

24ヶ月熟成のパルメジャーノチーズの塩ジェラート。
暑かったのでお通しよりも先に(笑)
シュワシュワの泡ともバッチリですね。

お通しはいつもパンですが毎回違うんですよね。これいつも美味しいから楽しみなんですよね。
真ん中は見にくいけど塩、左はオリーブオイル。

当日事前にいけちゃんに聞いた時はなにも言ってなかったけどスマートに特別なワインを持参してくれました(笑)
基本的にはトスカーナの料理なのでトスカーナ地方のワイン限定なのですが、

今回いけちゃん気に入られたようなので次回はアメリカワインを持ってこれるようです。こちらも産地は限定のようですが…
一応持ち込み料は3000円です。

レバームースのサラダ仕立て
真ん中の4つの黒い粒はカカオの胚芽です。
店主曰く誰でも作れるって言うけどそんな事はないと思います。
口どけが凄い滑らか。

とうもろこしとマスカルポーネのトルタ
イタリア語でタルトをトルタって言うらしいです。
俗に言うキッシュですね。
パイ生地がボロボロと崩れすのでスプーンでいただきました。

香りだけでも凄い酔える位高級ワイン。
店主曰くお店で呑んだら3万位だとか。いけちゃんと呑むと幸せ(笑)

通常トリッパって作り置きするお店が殆どでしょうが、こちらは都度新鮮なモツをオーダーした後から調理してるので、
当然ながらボーノでありまして臭みも皆無です。

こちらはメニューになかったので名前はわからず。

豚はゆっくり火入れした方が美味しくなるようですね。
こちらで色々料理の話を聞いていると勉強にもなりますよ。

このピスタチオが凄い濃厚でピスタチオ好きなら是非食べて欲しいです。
そくらさん大好きだそうで喜んでいましたよ。
